At The Revelation of Christ Church (The R.O.C.C.), our leadership is built on faith, vision, and service. Under the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit, Bishop Lance T. Johnson Sr. , Prophetess First Lady Andrea “J” Johnson, and Executive Pastor Yolanda White lead with hearts devoted to unveiling Christ to the world through evangelism, education, and empowerment. Together, they embody the R.O.C.C.’s mission to transform lives, strengthen families, and impact communities for the Kingdom of God.
Their ministries reflect a blend of pastoral care, teaching, and community engagement—each uniquely gifted yet united in one purpose: to bring people closer to God and help them walk in their divine purpose.
Bishop Lance T. Johnson Sr., affectionately known as Bishop J, is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Revelation of Christ Church (The R.O.C.C.) in Charleston, South Carolina, and R.O.C.C. Atlanta. A proud graduate of Morehouse College, Bishop J answered God’s call to ministry after hearing the divine instruction to “save lives”—not through medicine, but through the transforming power of the Gospel.
Since founding The R.O.C.C. in 2000 with his wife, Prophetess Andrea “First Lady J” Johnson, Bishop J has led a thriving, spirit-filled ministry that centers on evangelism, education, and empowerment. Under his leadership, the church has grown into a dynamic hub of faith and service, impacting the Charleston community and beyond.
He is also the visionary behind Partners for a Better Community (The P.B.C.), a nonprofit organization that unites churches, businesses, and community leaders to serve families through initiatives like FREE Health Screenings Day, Thanksgiving Outreach, Christmas Blessings, and the EWJ Scholarship Fund, which has provided over $40,000 in college scholarships.
Consecrated as a Bishop in March 2024, Bishop J continues to expand the reach of the ministry through innovative programs, outreach events, and digital engagement platforms that meet people where they are. With over 25 years of marriage, two thriving young adult children, and a legacy of faith, Bishop J remains steadfast in his mission—unveiling Christ to the world and transforming lives through the Word of God.
